Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PharmaOS application and related services ("the App"), provided by Zenski ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are using PharmaOS on behalf of a pharmacy or business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the App only to lawfully operate your pharmacy business.
- Comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including pharmacy, drug, tax and data-protection rules in your jurisdiction. PharmaOS is a record-keeping and management tool and does not provide legal, medical, pharmaceutical or regulatory advice.
- Ensure the accuracy of the data you enter (inventory, prices, expiry dates, sales, customer and supplier details). You are responsible for your own required records.
- Obtain any consent and provide any notice required for the personal data of your own customers and staff that you enter into the App.
3. Staff, roles & access
Access is controlled by the role assigned to each member (owner, pharmacist, staff). The pharmacy owner is responsible for inviting members, assigning appropriate roles, and revoking access when a member leaves. You are responsible for actions taken by members you authorise.
4. Trials, plans & fees
PharmaOS may offer a free trial period and paid plans. Details of any current pricing and trial terms are provided in the App or at sign-up. Where fees apply, they are due as described at purchase. If a subscription lapses or is suspended, access may become read-only or restricted until it is renewed.
5. Your data & ownership
Your business records belong to you. We process them to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display your data to operate the App. You may export or request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to breach or circumvent security or access controls, accessing another pharmacy's data without authorisation, reverse-engineering the service, interfering with its operation, or using it to store unlawful content.
7. Availability, offline use & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Core tasks work offline and sync when a connection returns; you are responsible for completing syncs so your records are up to date. We may add, change or remove features over time.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its software, design and trademarks are owned by Zenski and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the App to you; you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while you comply with these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will meet every requirement or that data entered by users is accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenski will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the App and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or comply with law. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability limits) will continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Zenski's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
